Do you also love brownies as much as I do? If you said “yes”, then I have wonderful news for you. Today I am sharing not one, but two recipes to bake your own delicious homemade Brownies!
To be honest I was quite shocked when I looked for Brownie recipes on this blog. How was it possible that I never shared a “normal brownie recipe”?! I’ve made all kinds of brownies (f.e. with Tony’s Chocolonely chocolate, a combination of peanut butter and chocolate, Nutella, Speculaas, etc.), except for the basic ones. That meant I had to change this situation and decided to bake some Brownies for two weeks straight.
1) Brownies – with 3 sugars
Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 75 g white sugar
- 100 g brown sugar
- 30 g vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150 g self-raising flour
- pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Preheat an oven to 180°C.
- Butter a baking tin and sprinkle some flour to avoid sticking.
- Break or cut the chocolate and butter into pieces and melt it together “au bain-marie”. Stir until you have a fluid mixture.
- Take a mixing bowl and break the eggs. Add the three kinds of sugars and a pinch of salt. Beat or mix until the whole mixture starts to foam.
- Poor the mixture of chocolate and butter to the foamy mixture. Beat until you get a smooth and liquid mixture.
- Sieve the flour and stir under the brownie mixture.
- Poor the batter into a baking tin.
- Place the form into the preheated oven en bake the brownies for 30-35 minutes.
- Once ready, let the brownies cool off until you can remove them from the form.
- Cut the yummy looking brownies into 15 pieces and enjoy!
